Founder & CEO Mr. Dhirendra Sirohi fondly known as “Dhiren” is a Masters in Tourism management(MTA) (1997-1999) from Faculty of Management Studies, Jai Narain Vyas University is a seasoned travel professional with an experience of more than 17 years. Prior to starting his own venture in 2012, he had held several senior positions in different verticals of leading travel companies in India like Head Products – Kuoni Travel Mumbai, Regional Manager-Holidays in Make My Trip, Gurgaon, Head operations -South East Asia, Make My Trip, Gurgaon, Head -Retail & Products at TUI India Plc, Noida. He has a wide experience of organising large outbound MICE groups & handling large teams. An avid traveller with sound product knowledge & hands on experience of organising small &large MICE movements.

We know how to choose the right time to travel to a particular destination as per the requirement of its target audience. It is never too cold or never too hot for a destination and all depends on the requirement. For instance, Dubai may be hot in June for a 5 day holiday, but it may be just perfect for a three day conference in a complete AC environment of the hotel. Moreover, being off season, one gets a fantastic bargain.
Choosing the right airline. There is a difference between choosing right over choosing the best. You may choose the best airline with not so best connections. If you do that, despite having chosen the best airline in terms of services, you may be finally disappointed. So, it’s advisable to choose the right over the best.
A hotel may be great on TripAdvisor, but it may not suit your target audience. So, just going by ratings does not necessarily solve the purpose. One should know whether the hotel fulfils requirements of Indian guests or it is a typical local orthodox hotel. At the same time, a 5star hotel located in suburbs may not be a better choice than a 4star hotel located near centre of the city where all the action is.
A right mix of activities for different audience is very crucial. Visiting Disneyland Paris (more popular theme park) by a Stag group may not be a good idea than visiting Europa Park in Germany that has got ample adult rides. Visiting great wall of China without a cable car for a senior citizen group can take away all the fun.
A Right mix of meal & restaurants can be a game changer. A very high end popular restaurant with a bit restricted group menu & not very friendly approach towards groups can be a disaster. Eating Chicken dish twice a day & 12 times in a 6-day tour can be a nightmare. Again choosing right matters a lot.
Choosing right venue for your Parties & Events with right set of amenities is a cumbersome task and need lot of attention and eye for detail. A lot depends on success of the event whether it’s a product launch, conference or simply a Gala Evening.
